How to Calculate the NPS?
- Ask for ratings from 0 to 10; 0 beings Not at all likely and 10 being extremely likely
- 0-6 will be Detractor
- 7&8 will be Passive
- 9&10 will be Promoter
- Calculation:- % Promoters - % Detractors = NPS (Net Promoter Score)
